Welcome

DSHSlogo_medWelcome to the 20th Annual Children’s Justice Conference. The Children’s Justice Conference is one of the largest conferences in the Northwest related to issues of child maltreatment. This multi-disciplinary gathering is a vital resource for obtaining current information and best practice interventions. Everyone attending this year’s event will discover many different educational and informative offerings.

The topics this year include Adverse Childhood Experiences, mysterious injuries in a child, domestic violence in Indian Country and several criminal case studies. We are so fortunate to have presenters who are from many varied professions and are well renowned in their fields. The 20th Annual Conference depicts our ongoing tenacity and commitment in ensuring the safety, protection and well being of all our children.

The 2012 Children’s Justice Conference will be educational, inspirational and, at times, entertaining. Welcome to all of you, and please help us in planning for next year’s conference by completing your evaluation forms at the close of the conference.
